Updated October 2025 – The government has started Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) Phase 4 payments from 18 October 2025 in stages.

For new applications and appeal cases, payments will begin on 13 November 2025.

How To Check STR Status

There are 4 official ways to check your STR status:

1. Online via MySTR Portal

  1. Go to https://bantuantunai.hasil.gov.my
  2. Log in with MyKad number and password
  3. Click “Semakan Status”
  4. You’ll see one of these results: Approved, Not Approved, Not Eligible, or In Process

2. Visit LHDNM Office

Go to the nearest LHDNM branch to check manually.

3. Call BKK Hotline
